Personal: Tom and his wife, Cheryl have twins that graduated from Lake Zurich High School.
Professional Experience: President/Owner of PMG Wealth Management. For over twenty years, Phil has been helping clients develop strategies for meeting their financial goals. He is a holder of the Certified Financial Planner ™ designation and graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in Finance.
Community Services: Phil is an active member of the Lake Zurich Area Chamber of Commerce. He assisted as a board member for eight years highlighted by serving as Chamber President for 2009 and 2010.
Personal: Phil and his wife Megan (Teacher at May Whitney) enjoy raising their three children. He can also be found coaching baseball, staying active with sports, and cooking.
Professional Experience: Nearly 20 years in the non-profit sector in both volunteer and management roles. Runs her own consulting company focusing on marketing, special events, and non-profit management. Previous positions include the Executive Director of the Chinatown Chamber of Commerce, Vice President of Business Development at Lakeside Bank, and the Executive Director of the Elite Soccer Community Organization (ESCO). Currently serves as Marketing & Special Events Consultant, as well as Financial Literacy Program Coordinator, for Lakeside Bank.
Community Services: Historic Arlington Neighborhood Association (HANA) Board Member, St. James Mom’s Plus Meal Ministry Coordinator, Olive Mary-Stitt Room Representative.
Personal: Erica and her husband Todd live in Arlington Heights with their three children. As a “soccer mom,” Erica enjoys spending free time watching her kids play soccer, re-living her college soccer days at Loyola University Chicago where she was a scholarship athlete.
The Vesalius Trust for Visual Communications in Health Sciences
Professional Experience: Mrs. Warren received her BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and her MBA from The Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. Lisa has worked with Arthur Andersen & Co. in Charlotte, NC, Heller Financial, Inc. in Chicago, IL and was the executive director for The Vesalius Trust for Visual Communications in Health Sciences for eleven years.
Community Services: Mrs. Warren was appointed to the CUSD 95 School Board in January 2012 and was elected to a four year term in February 2013. She serves on several Board committees. Lisa is an active volunteer in the community serving leadership roles in her church, St. Francis de Sales, her local swim and tennis club, Farmington Bath & Tennis Club, Middle School South PTO, Joanie’s Closet and Ela Coalition Against Youth Substance Abuse. Lisa is an administrative official for USA swimming and volunteers with her children’s USA swimming team, Alligator Aquatics. Lisa also volunteers at Saint Viator High School.
Personal: Lisa and her husband, Scot, reside in Kildeer with their three children.
Professional Experience: Sandra has represented sellers and buyers in the northwest suburbs of Chicago for the past 12 years, and is currently one of @Properties Top 100 Real Estate agents. Previous employment includes positions in both sales and marketing for BRITA GmbH, and General Store Manager for Toys R Us. Sandra graduated with a BA (Hons) in European Policy from Southampton Institute, UK.
Community Services: Currently PTO President at Middle School South and former PTO President at Sarah Adams Elementary School. Sandra has held many voluntary positions in local not-for-profit groups and school PTO. In addition, Sandra has raised money for local charities and continues to strive to support the local community in any way she can.
Personal: Sandra and her husband Alan relocated to the US 15 years ago from England. Sandra and Alan have two children, Charlie and Hugh. Charlie is a Sophmore at Lake Zurich High School and Hugh is in 8th grade at Middle School South.

Professional Experience: Over 20 years of experience working in the publishing field for a Fortune 500 Company unifying strategy, technology and process to achieve successful business results. Earned a B.S. from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana in advertising and her MBA from DePaul University.

The Tutoring Center, Long Grove
Professional Experience: Andy is the Center Director/Owner of The Tutoring Center in Long Grove. In 2013, Andy made a significant career shift from his electrical engineering consulting position to his current role in helping children reach their academic potential. The Tutoring Center assists students across the area, including District 95, in reading, writing, and math. Andy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.
Community Services: Andy is an active member of the May Whitney Elementary School Parent Advisory Committee. Additionally, Andy serves on the Board of Directors for The Rotary Club of Buffalo Grove.
Personal: Andy and his wife Julie have two children in District 95. Any free time is dedicated to the family passion of traveling (either enjoying a trip or planning the next one). Although his children will tell you his passion is Chicago Cubs baseball, Indianapolis Colts Football, and Purdue athletics.
Professional Experience: Over 20 years marketing experience in a corporate setting and 5 years in a consulting and entrepreneurial environment. Her expertise is in integrated marketing starting from strategy development through communications management. Lisa graduated from DePaul University with a BA in History and Business Administration and an MBA in Marketing.
Community Services: Served as Communications Director for the Caring Women’s Connections (formerly the Hawthorn Woods Women’s Club), serves on the Scholarship Committee, and is a current member.
Personal: Lisa and her husband Dean Koif live in Lake Zurich. They have two sons in District 95.
Professional Experience: Kaine Osburn joined CUSD 95 as Superintendent in July 2016 after serving for three years as Deputy Superintendent for Naperville CUSD 203. Prior to the role of deputy superintendent, Kaine was Principal for six years at Niles West High School in Skokie.
Kaine received his Doctorate in Cultural and Educational Policy Studies from Loyola University in 2015. He holds a Masters in English and American Literature from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Bachelors of Arts in English from Southeast Missouri State University.
Community Services: Kaine currently serves as a Trustee for The College Board, the creators of Advanced Placement courses and the SAT. He also represents the Lake Zurich Area Chamber of Commerce as a Director at Large.
Personal: Kaine and his wife, also an educator, have two boys and reside in Wilmette.
The Fidelity Group
Professional Experience: Mr. Sfire is Chairman/CEO of The Fidelity Group located in Lake Zurich since its inception 20 years ago. Presently, the Fidelity Group owns/manages approximately 850,000 square feet of retail/office space in Lake Zurich.
Community Services: Mr. Sfire brings extensive community service experience to the School District 95 Foundation, having served for many years on the College of Lake County Education Foundation. Mr. Sfire is one of the founders of the Foglia YMCA, and supports the Hawthorn Woods Womens’ Club, SNAP, and the Bear Boosters Club. Mr. Sfire is also the Executive Director of Faith Food Panty, President of Northern Illinois Food Bank, and Executive Director of The Samuel R. Sfire Foundation which, among other things, distributes over $40,000 annually in financial assistance to qualified student applicants.
Personal: The Sfire family includes two School District 95 graduates, Jason Alan Sfire and Niki Sfire Williams.
Professional Experience: Experienced Vice President with a demonstrated history of working in the banking industry. Skilled in commercial lending, banking, sales, and credit analysis. Strong professional with over 20 years of banking experience. Brad has been engaged with many small to medium size business owners navigating their financial banking needs.
Community Services: Brad is an active member of the Lake Zurich Area Chamber of Commerce. He has served as a Trustee and Treasurer. He is an active member of the LZANG networking group. He supports several non-profit organizations such as Caring Women’s Connection and Lake Zurich Youth Sports programs and has coached many youth sports teams.
Personal: Brad and his wife Melissa have 3 children, one at Lake Zurich High School, Middle School South, and Isaac Fox.
Professional Experience: Before Allen started his Chick-fil-A journey he was a high school teacher for five years in the Chicagoland area. After five wonderful years as a teacher he moved to West Palm Beach, Florida, with his family. He worked with a Chick-fil-A Owner/ Operator for two years and he learned the business inside out. After working with an Operator in Florida, he started working as an Interim Manager for Chick-fil-A Inc. where he ran corporate restaurants all over the United States. In almost two years running corporate restaurants Allen and his family moved to South Texas, West Texas, Pennsylvania, Southern Illinois, and Saint Louis Missouri. Allen earned a degree in Teaching in Spanish at the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Masters Degree from National Louis University.
Community Services: Allen has been an active member of the Chamber of Commerce. He has a big heart for the community. He has sponsored many events in the local community through out the years and continues to invest in the community. He has sponsored events such as Special Olympics, Make A Wish Foundation of Illinois, St. Jude, Schools in the community, 5K’s and other events in the local community. Allen’s passion is to also inspire and to develop others to reach their full potential. Allen still uses his passion of teaching with his team and local schools to build their business skills and life skills in the workplace but also create awareness in the classroom at schools.
Personal: Allen and his wife have 3 boys.
Professional Experience: Kim received her B.S. in Exercise Science from Ball State University and her M.S. in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Northeastern Illinois University. Over the past 23 years, she has worked in various roles, as an Exercise Physiologist, in 3 Chicago area hospitals. She currently is employed in the Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Department at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights, IL. In addition, Kim is a substitute contractor in CUSD 95.
Community Service: Kim has served as PTO President at May Whitney, Lake Zurich Middle School North, and is currently the President of Lake Zurich High School Bear Boosters. She has also held numerous chairperson roles on various District 95 PTO committees. She was named CUSD 95 Parent volunteer of the month, November 2014. Kim also actively volunteers for and supports Special Olympics and Autism Speaks.
Personal: Kim, and her husband Chris have 3 children; a senior and freshman at Lake Zurich High School and an 8th grader at Lake Zurich Middle School North. In her free time, she serves as a contributing writer for Yahoo Parenting and The Mighty, a news and media website, for persons with disabilities.
Ann Marie McConnell
Professional Experience: Over 20 years of experience in Human Resources Benefits Outsourcing and Consulting. Ann Marie earned a BS in Business Administration from Miami University with a double major in Computer Science and Statistics. She received her MBA from DePaul University.
Community Service: Ann Marie is actively involved in District 95 schools. She is the Middle School South liaison for Joanie’s Closet, the Chair for the Middle School South No Stress Fundraiser, and a Bear Boosters Volunteer. Previously, she served terms as both the President and Secretary of the May Whitney PTO and chaired numerous committees while her children attended the school. Parent Volunteer of the Month, November 2016. She served a three year term on the Board of the Lake Zurich Baseball and Softball Association as the President of the TYRO girls’ softball league. Ann Marie is involved in a volunteer capacity at St. Francis de Sales where she taught Religious Education for six years and volunteers her time supporting her children’s athletic teams and activities.
Personal: Ann Marie and her husband Scott reside in Kildeer. They have two children, one at Lake Zurich High School and one at Middle School South.
Professional Experience: 18 years experience in educational related fund development. Nancy is a promoter of education and its vitally needed partnerships with business and the community. Nancy has funded over $5 million in federal and state grants combined with private foundation support to enhance educational opportunities for students in secondary and post-secondary institutions.

Personal: Nancy and her husband Brian have two children, Taylor and Alec. Taylor is a graduate of LZHS and a graduate from Drake University, and Alec is a senior at LZHS.
